Great Ministry Helps!
Two very helpful training topics will be discussed at the meeting. The first half of the meeting will be a discussion panel with youth pastors who have transitioned to pastor. They want to discuss with you what they wished they knew BEFORE they became pastors. Featuring: Scott Watkins, FBC Terlton; Rusty McMullen, Trinity Maud; and Jon Bawden, Chickasha Sharon.
After lunch (from Ted’s!) Chaplain Greg Giltner, Master Sergeant with the OKC Police Department, will be leading a suicide prevention training. This is critical info to help you with dealing properly with a devastating problem among students. Giltner is an excellent presenter and you won’t want to miss him!
