Falls Creek is the greatest place on the planet to serve God during any summer.

In a week at Falls Creek, you will interact with more people than most camps see in a summer. Staff members have the opportunity to see thousands of people come to know Christ and thousands of Christians return to their first love, to Christ.

Though most of the time the staff is “behind the scenes,” the ministry of servanthood can never be underestimated. Every task at Falls Creek directly affects the communication of the gospel in one way or another, so every staff member must be committed to serving Christ faithfully and consistently.

Falls Creek Conference Center hosts several summer camps that require a complex staff who serve in a multitude of roles.

To serve on the Falls Creek Summer Staff you must:

Be a Christian who is an active member of a local church (Southern Baptist Church preferred).

Be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate (some positions are open to high school students).

Live a life of moral integrity.

Be a faithful witness of Jesus Christ.

Once hired, staff must:

Be able to serve for the weeks required by their job position. (see list of weeks below)

Be devoted to accountability and spiritual development as apart of the staff discipleship program.

The Baptist General Convention of Oklahoma (BGCO) prohibits and does not tolerate sexual abuse in the workplace or in any organization related activity. No employee, volunteer, patient or third party, no matter his or her title or position has authority to commit or allow sexual abuse.

The BGCO has a Zero-Tolerance policy for any sexual abuse committed by an employee, volunteer, board member or third party. Upon completion of the investigation, disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment and criminal prosecution may ensue.
