Leadership Development

It is important that we develop students as leaders.

Tim Elmore (Growing Leaders, Generation iY, & Habitudes) quotes a study by The Higher Education Research Institute in which they found that:

“In today’s complex world, every student will need leadership skills”.

Those that do will rise to the top and shine.

The Ivy Jungle Network Survey reports that campus ministers reported that the number one need in their ministry is leadership development. What a great platform for the glory of God!  This is real salt and light kind of stuff.

What better place could we hold than to offer our lives as a foothold to boost them over the wall of becoming responsible, effective leaders?  It is vital in today’s world, that students have an ever increasing ability to be leaders who use their influence for the Kingdom of God in every area of life. You can help them get there!
