youth camp info

Falls Creek is the largest Youth Camp in the Nation with one of the largest ropes courses in North America, a high end skate park, swimming in the creeks, meeting space for over 7,000 people in the Tabernacle and the greatest heritage in America.  Since 1917, Falls Creek has been challenging the believer to walk with Christ and consider giving their life to ministry and challenging the person who does not know Christ to give their life to Jesus.   It is our purpose to equip every Christian student on how to share their Life Change story of what God has done in their life and to clearly present the message of Jesus to every student that does not know Christ at camp. Each summer we see thousands of people settle the spiritual issues in their life through a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Youth camp is unique at Falls Creek, with more than 100 churches a week coming to camp.  Most students come to camp for around 110.00 a week, because there is a low program fee and all meals are provided by the churches in their cabins.  Churches either own a cabin, or rent a cabin from a church that does own one.  If you would like more information about renting a cabin, check out the cabin page.

PREPARING FOR CAMP

#1
HOUSING

The first step in preparing for Falls Creek Youth Camp is to secure housing by renting your cabin(s) for your week at camp.  You can find options that work well for your group in the Cabin Information System on the cabins page.  Contact the cabin owners directly (churches or associations) to work out a contract.

#2
REGISTER

Once you have secured a cabin, you are IN.  During the winter months, online registration will be set up for churches to "officially" register for their camp week.  Online registration begins with listing your church, contact person, cabin and week.  Later, you can enter the names / details of each person attending camp into your church's registration.  You may even add / edit your registration right until you arrive at camp. At Monday's onsite registration of camp, you will submit a release form for each person attending camp and make payment for your group.  No money is sent to camp for registration in advance.

 #3
PLAN

In the spring, camp packets, including sponsor and promotional materials, will be mailed to churches who have registered online.  In planning for your week at camp, consider your meals, devotional, in-cabin Bible study, prayer, sponsors, recreation, etc.  Ideas, plans and outlines for all of the information above will be included in the sponsor materials sent to each registered church.
